Little Miss Chili has been adopted!

Chili entered GRRoIOWA’s care a few weeks ago.   She was named Chili because her coat reminded her foster mom of a bowl of chili. 

When she entered foster care she was very timid of new and unfamiliar places and people.  She would “hit the deck” when presented with something new or unfamiliar.  She did not enjoy car rides or walks and was a bit of a flight risk.      Through the love of her foster mom and her pack Chili quickly learned to be less fearful of new things and she started to flourish.  

Her new mom and dad will continue to expose her to new things as she is ready and help her to be her best self.  We are so happy for Chili and her new mom and dad and wish them the very best!
